Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Genzeetype. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
• Items returned without original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll guide you through the return process. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for online payments, or as store credit / replacement for Cash on Delivery orders, within a reasonable time after inspection.
