At Genzeetype, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons under this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from the one you ordered, contact genzeetypeofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03180053441.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and its packaging may help us review your request.

Review of Requests

Each request will be reviewed to determine the appropriate resolution. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the affected item.

Other Returns

Returns and exchanges for reasons other than damage or an incorrect item are not accepted.
